Ideas, made
tangible.

An edited record of what I explore, write and build—interactive worlds, behavioural inquiries, and experiments that occasionally smell like perfume.

No inflated client list. No invented metrics. Just selected work, context and what is still unfinished.

01 / A QUESTION→02 / A FORM→03 / A THING TO EXPLORE✳

Selected work.

Different mediums, recurring questions. Each card opens a case note with its evidence boundary.

09 / 09 VISIBLE
A NOTE ON PROOF / NOT A SALES PITCH
A prototype is not a validated product. A published page is not a proven outcome. An interesting question is still worth building around.

Behind the work.

Brief, role, approach, available evidence and open edges—without selling uncertainty as certainty.

Original public project Public homepage confirmed

Sahilverse

How do you make a growing body of unrelated-looking ideas navigable without flattening it into a CV?

Concept artwork for Sahilverse; it is not a screenshot of the deployed project

The brief

How do you make a growing body of unrelated-looking ideas navigable without flattening it into a CV?

What was made

A public, multi-path entrance that groups writing, behavioural inquiry, fragrance, and interactive projects into connected themes; includes curated doorways and a searchable public atlas.

How it was approached

Semantic public HTML, navigable category links, interactive discovery layers. The deployed codebase and production tests were not available for inspection.

What the evidence shows

The publicly indexed homepage currently describes a selected atlas and an expanded archive. That confirms the presented structure, not visit quality, engagement or reliability.

Still to resolve

The archive is explicitly described as living; links and project maturity require ongoing review.

Identity–Action Gap

Why do people sometimes struggle to act in accordance with the identities they describe?

Concept artwork for Identity–Action Gap; it is not a screenshot of the deployed project

The brief

Why do people sometimes struggle to act in accordance with the identities they describe?

What was made

A conceptual research programme around friction between identity and action, represented in the public atlas as a dedicated inquiry.

How it was approached

Theory-building and behavioural framing; the underlying methods and any empirical validation were not independently reviewed for this portfolio.

What the evidence shows

The main public site identifies Identity–Action Gap as a research doorway. No independent validation result is claimed here.

Still to resolve

Empirical testing, methodological scrutiny and peer feedback remain separate from the public explanation.

The Kirana Observatory

What can everyday retail interactions reveal about choice, trust, attention and micro-economics?

Concept artwork for The Kirana Observatory; it is not a screenshot of the deployed project

The brief

What can everyday retail interactions reveal about choice, trust, attention and micro-economics?

What was made

A named retail-observation web project, alongside the wider public Kirana Laboratory theme, translating everyday shop observations into questions about behaviour.

How it was approached

Field observation and public-facing interpretation. No dataset, methodology, or source implementation was audited for this build.

What the evidence shows

The wider Kirana Laboratory is publicly listed. The distinct Observatory address was supplied in the project discussion but its HTTP response could not be verified.

Still to resolve

Document observations with source boundaries, and validate the standalone demo before a public demo link is added.

The School of Unlearning

Can a website help someone notice, question and revise an inherited belief?

Concept artwork for The School of Unlearning; it is not a screenshot of the deployed project

The brief

Can a website help someone notice, question and revise an inherited belief?

What was made

An experimental learning experience commissioned as a standalone digital room in the wider Sahilverse.

How it was approached

Browser-based prototyping. Exact mechanics, accessibility and deployed source files were not available to audit here.

What the evidence shows

The creator has supplied the intended subdomain and discussed its deployment; no live interaction was independently demonstrated in this session.

Still to resolve

Direct-browser QA, evidence review, content proofreading and a verified public demo link.

The Ordinary Tribunal

How do our judgments change when a story reveals what we did not initially know?

Concept artwork for The Ordinary Tribunal; it is not a screenshot of the deployed project

The brief

How do our judgments change when a story reveals what we did not initially know?

What was made

An experimental interactive project about interpretations and the constraints of judging incomplete information.

How it was approached

Interactive narrative design; detailed mechanics have not been independently checked against its deployed source.

What the evidence shows

A distinct Ordinary Tribunal site was identified by the creator. Performance and user outcomes are unknown.

Still to resolve

Confirm deployed flow, keyboard behaviour, mobile affordances and exact narrative before further claims.

The Reciprocity Lab

What is observable reciprocity, and what stories do we invent about another person’s intentions?

Concept artwork for The Reciprocity Lab; it is not a screenshot of the deployed project

The brief

What is observable reciprocity, and what stories do we invent about another person’s intentions?

What was made

A digital doorway to exploring mutuality, agency, privacy and interpretations without pretending to know hidden motives.

How it was approached

Reflective prompts and behavioural framing; exact standalone functionality was not tested here.

What the evidence shows

The public homepage explicitly lists The Reciprocity Lab among its selected doorways.

Still to resolve

Further cases, stronger evidence boundaries and independent testing of its standalone interface.

Olfactory Cathedral

What might a digital space for scent, memory and emotion look like?

Concept artwork for Olfactory Cathedral; it is not a screenshot of the deployed project

The brief

What might a digital space for scent, memory and emotion look like?

What was made

A standalone digital expression of the perfumery inquiry connected to House of Venus and Bottle Your Mood.

How it was approached

Scent-led narrative, visual atmosphere and browser experience. No perfumery efficacy claim or independently reviewed source code.

What the evidence shows

The House of Venus/perfumery theme appears in the public atlas; the standalone Cathedral address was provided by the creator.

Still to resolve

Verify the live experience, imagery, mobile performance, and clear boundaries between concept and commercial offering.

What the evidence shows

The public homepage links to a Medium essay archive and names individual writing topics.

Still to resolve

Add a selective bibliography with verified original article links and dates.

How I build.

I move between reading, observation and making. AI-assisted prototyping helps translate the brief into something testable, but the question, judgment and iteration still matter.

EXPLORE THE WIDER UNIVERSE ↗
01 / NOTICE

Begin with the friction.

A contradiction, a behaviour, a question from the shop floor or an odd connection between disciplines becomes the starting brief.

02 / FRAME

Make the idea legible.

Find the audience, the thesis and an appropriate medium. Not every thought wants to be an essay; some need to be walked through.

03 / PROTOTYPE

Give the thought a surface.

Build static sites, interactive scenes or experimental experiences with AI tools, browser technologies and manual editorial iteration where appropriate.

04 / QUESTION AGAIN

Keep the unfinished visible.

Test what can be tested, show the evidence you actually have, and make room for revision instead of inventing a success story.

Have an idea that needs form?

Sources & limitations

The public Sahilverse atlas documents several project themes. Sahil’s public biography provides additional independent framing. Some newer standalone names and deployments were supplied by the creator but could not be independently fetched during this build; their demo links are intentionally withheld. All illustrations on this page are original visual treatments, not screenshots of deployed websites. No performance metrics, external client work or research validation has been inferred.

Analytics: this page uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-6E6CJEMRLP) for aggregate visits and non-sensitive interactions: work_filter_use, work_case_open, work_demo_click. It does not intentionally send names, message contents or emails as event parameters. Please review the applicable consent and privacy requirements before deployment. See the privacy note.

THE EVIDENCE GUIDE / 01

Before you explore.

This is a curated work gallery, not a claims machine. Projects fall into different states, and each case distinguishes what is publicly indexed from what still needs verification.

Confirmed public siteA public page was located and inspected through search.
Listed on atlasThe project is publicly described, but its standalone implementation was not inspected.
Creator-reported prototypeDiscussed or reported as built; its destination and behaviour require direct testing.

The thumbnail art is illustrative, never passed off as a real screenshot.
